SHIPPING INFORMATION / RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY



WITHIN SINGAPORE 


Flat rate of 3.90 SGD for orders below 100 SGD.

Free shipping for orders 100 SGD and above.

Delivery generally takes around 2-4 working days once dispatched.


NOTE : Currently we are shipping within Singapore . We will be doing Internationally soon. We will be notifying through our social channels. 


RETURNS POLICY


All of the items available at SAASHU are small-batch handmade products, and variations in colour and pattern should be expected and is the charm of the brand. 


If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you are welcome to return it.

All made to order (MTO) products that were customised or modified upon order will unfortunately not be allowed to be exchanged nor returned.

If you would like to refund an item, please email us at vibhuti.gpt@gmail.com with your order number and telling us why you aren’t satisfied and we’ll provide you with the necessary return details and address. WE LOVE FEEDBACK, SO PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING WE COULD BE DOING BETTER WITH OUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE.


SHIP IT 

The returns are accepted within 7 days upon receipt of the item(s),The item should be dropped off, mailed or dispatched from you within this timeframe. Items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.

ATTN: Your item needs to be in its original condition ; unused, unworn and unaltered with the original packaging , with its tags attached.

Your original order shipping costs are non-refundable.

We’ll also need you to bear the cost of return shipping.

We highly recommend using a reliable tracked service as SAASHU are not held liable for any lost packages and take no responsibility in tracking your return.



RECEIVE CREDITS 

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify whether your refund has been approved.

All returns will be refunded via store credit through an email; The credit will not include the original shipping fee. 

your store credit has no expiry and can be used across multiple orders.

All items purchased on sale are ineligible for returns.


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges will be allowed for variations within the same product only.
  • Exchanges are subjected to availability of the desired style or size.
  • Exchanges do not apply for sale items.
  • All made to order (MTO) products that were customised or modified upon order will unfortunately not be allowed to be exchanged nor returned.
  • Postage fees incurred in the exchanging of item(s) will be borne by the customer. 
  • Please email us at vibhuti.gpt@gmail.com with your order number and size you want to exchange it with. We will guide you on the return shipping address.
